Yo! I have just recently returned from busing tables at a benefit for a therapeutic horse riding group and lemme tell ya, it was awesome!!!!!
Me and four other people, in charge of seven tables (Though there were about twenty tables in all) running back and forth all night with seven different courses of food not including dessert! Argentinian food is almost all meat, steak and ribs, Mediterranean sea bass, fat sausages, it was amazing and so much food was wasted!!!!! There was a Tango dancer who preformed and she was so nice, very small and thin and talked with an accent and I wanted to hug her!

Everything was everywhere and many swear words were heard (Non from my mouth though ) It was simply insane how much wine and beer was consumed by all the guests, I'm surprised they could still walk after all of it!

The kitchen overflowed...all the salad and rice that had went down the drain came back up and I had to walk through it all, EWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!! THis one girl was clearing away table clothes and the way she folded them, it looked like big, blue burritos!


My back and feet are killing me and I've just about stuffed myself to the brim with leftovers and it was totally worth every bit!!!!!
